How to Enable Online Chat

To enable Online Chat in CMS:

  1. Login to the Drupal as an admin.
  2. Navigate to Structure and click on the Blocks link.

  3. On the Blocks page, click on the Add Blocklink.

  4. Update the Block Description and Block Body.

    Note: Select the Text Format as PHP Code and paste the Google Analytics code.

    The admin should also select Footer for the respective theme under Regional Settings.

  5. Click Domains from Visibility Settings and select the respective store for which online chat needs to be added.

  6. Click Save Block
